BRONZE Custom Land Vacation Planning Package: This vacation package is for those who'd like a little guidance and assistance from a travel advisor but would like a mostly DIY approach.
- Book your requested hotel .
- Access to a list of suggested activities/tours in the destination that you can choose from and book on your own
- Cancellations with travel supplier
- Travel Protection Plan recommendations and comparisons
- Electronic travel documents and confirmations
- Send you Electronic Travel Destination Guide, where applicable/available (provides a quick overview of the locations you are visiting)
This package is appropriate for short and simple domestic trips (one destination) within the continental US.
SILVER Custom Land Vacation Planning Package: Need a little more guidance and support from a travel advisor? Not quite sure where exactly you want to go or what accommodations to choose and need a little guidance on suggested activities and itineraries? The silver package includes all that is in the Bronze package PLUS:
- A discovery consultation: A personal detailed vacation consultation via phone (or if you prefer, can send an email). This helps me understand your travel goals and narrow down what you are looking for. I can then provide recommendations to you on where you might like to travel to, what accommodations and activities might fit your family, etc.
- Provide up to 3 quotes and comparisons for resort/hotel options and or guided group tour options
- Access to negotiated upgrades, extras, and amenities when available
- Add on pre or post accommodations for booked guided tours
- Travel Itinerary and documents added into app that you can access, even when offline
- Provide recommendations and/or links for possible excursions/tours that you can book and manage as desired
This package is appropriate for most USA road trips (multi destination), guided tours, and all inclusive resort stays in the Caribbean. Of course you can also upgrade to the Gold Tier if you would like concierge care while on these types of vacations!
GOLD Custom Land Vacation Planning Package: Looking for concierge service for your custom land vacation? The gold package includes all that is the Bronze and Silver packages PLUS:
- Researching private home rentals, when available/applicable to the area (if desired)
- Incidental travel reservations to complete your custom travel package (ie private car/driver, rail, etc)
- Access to Local Destination Specialists (additional charges quoted)--Working with a local destination specialist allows you an extra layer of support and personalized recommendations. Local Destination Specialists have insider knowledge in the area, will give personal recommendations based on your interests, and often have excusive access and the ability to lead you to hidden gems not widely known about. In addition, they often have extensive local connections and negotiated special rates, giving you a potential savings. I will find and recommend a local destination specialist, as desired, for you and will work as a liaison between you and the destination specialist. Please note that using a destination specialist will incur additional charges as they will charge for their services.
- Comprehensive travel guide about your chosen destination (available for most destinations)
- Recommend and book excursions or tours to complete your itinerary
- Priority access to travel advisor (moved to the top of the list for priority response)
Most vacations that are non domestic (overseas) would fall into the Gold planning package.
