- Introductory phone call : A phone call consultation (or if you prefer, can discuss over email) to discuss basic trip details and what your vision if for this trip. This helps me understand your travel goals and narrow down what you are looking for. I can then provide you the best recommendation and quotes based on our discussion
- Resort recommendations and other optional add-ons
- "Price Watch" services to monitor for promotions and discounts: I will look for and automatically apply any applicable package promotion discounts, subject to availability, that may be released after you book
- Book Super Star Shuttle Transportation, if desired, to and from Orlando International Airport
- Access to exclusive tips and tricks for Universal Orlando, a detailed digital Universal Orlando resort guide, and advisor recommendations
- Travel Protection Plan recommendations
- If doing a split stay at Walt Disney World, booking those accommodations
- Up to 3 quotes and comparisons with detailed resort, room accommodation and pricing descriptions for a complete vacation package or for a room only reservation
- Travel Itinerary and documents added into app that you can access, even when offline

The following is included in my Gold Tier Plan Behind the Magic package for Universal Orlando (in addition to all that is included in the complimentary planning package):
- Provide UNLIMITED quotes and comparisons with detailed resort, room accommodation and pricing descriptions for a complete vacation package or for a room only reservation
- Planning Consultation with me after booking your vacation package to flesh out details on the rest of the vacation. This is a personalized and detailed consultation to review any other vacation extras and discuss my recommendations for everything from dining, touring plans, logistics, etc. After the consultation I can then make a plan to get all the details booked and placed into action.
- Book your requested off-site attractions, if desired/applicable (ie SeaWorld, Legoland, Discovery Cove, Kennedy Space Center, etc)
- Private car and driver arrangements for ground transportation (as desired) to and from airport, resort, off site attractions, etc.
- Personal assistance with setting up your My Disney Experience account (I will personally create an account for you and link any reservations along with add friends and family).
- Assistance with dining and in park experience reservations (ie VIP tours, character meals or other dining arrangements, Shutterbutton's Photo Studio Sessions, etc) *specific dining reservations/experiences cannot be guaranteed as they are subject to availability but if I am unable to book a requested experience, I will make a recommendation for an alternative and will also continue to monitor for availability and will book if/when it is available (as desired)
- Assistance with Vacation Extras (ie stroller and scooter rentals, golf tee times, celebrations, child care solutions, etc)
- Digital PERSONALIZED itinerary for park touring with ENHANCED tips and tricks
- Priority access to travel advisor (moved to the top of the list for priority response)
