- Introductory phone call : A phone call consultation (or if you prefer, can discuss over email) to discuss basic trip details and what your vision if for this trip. This helps me understand your travel goals and narrow down what you are looking for. I can then provide recommendations to you on what cruise line, accommodations, etc may fit your family best.
- Personalized cruise line/ship/itinerary recommendations and other optional add-ons
- Access to exclusive cruise tips and tricks, a detailed digital cruise line or ship specific guide, and advisor recommendations
- Reminders for important dates (ie when your cruise dining window opens up, reminders to book excursions, etc)
- Port Guides, where applicable/available, to give you an overview of each port you will visit on your booked cruise to include excursion options and other pertinent info
- Travel Protection Plan recommendations
- Book 1-2 night Pre and Post Cruise Accommodations from my curated list of preferred hotels in your embarkation/disembarkation port
- Book ground transportation to and from cruise port through the cruise line
- Up to 3 quotes and comparisons
- Travel Itinerary and documents added into app that you can access, even when offline

The following is included in my Cruise with Confidence package (in addition to all that is included in the complimentary planning package):
- Custom Pre and Post Land Vacation Planning and Add-ons (ie theme park tickets, guided tours, longer resort stays, etc)
- Planning and assistance with booking shore excursions customized to your desires.
- Assistance with booking specialty dining reservations and spa appointments (where applicable)
- Assistance with cruise planning add-ons (drink packages, cabanas, photo packages, etc) (where applicable)
- Private car and driver arrangements for ground transportation (as desired)
- Priority access to travel advisor (moved to the top of the list for priority response)

Planning Packages are nonrefundable
One-time date change is allowed with no additional cost if done before final payment due date.
